Grim Dawn is an action ARPG inspired by classics like Diablo, set in the world of Cairn, where humanity fights for survival. The player chooses from various classes and evolves their equipment to face over 200 different enemies and diverse bosses.

Released on Steam on February 25, 2016, the game was developed and published by Crate Entertainment. The base game offers six classes, and it is possible to combine two of them starting from level 10. In total, there are over 250 available skills, acquired by collecting items or accessories, in addition to a crafting system to create items with better attributes.

During the journey, you complete quests with consequences, choose to align with certain factions (with possible repercussions), and face elite enemies that can hunt the player. The title also offers multiplayer for up to four people.

Since its launch, over 104 thousand reviews on Steam have resulted in 93% positive feedback. In critical terms, Metacritic shows a metascore of 83 and a user score of 8.4. Many players compare the gameplay, level design, and exploration to Diablo and Path of Exile, highlighting creativity, replayability, and character build possibilities.

It is currently available for US$ 2.49, with a 90% discount until March 26, 2026, according to SteamDB.
